Project Overview
We were engaged by Ventia to oversee and manage the delivery of their new Operations Centre in Melbourne, acting as an independent consultant to guide the project from concept through to completion. With internal teams focused on day-to-day operations and project planning, Ventia brought us in to provide an experienced external lens and ensure the build was delivered with precision and control.

- End-to-End Project Oversight: We managed the entire process—appointing the right trades and consultants, coordinating workflows, and keeping the build on track and on budget.
- On-Site Leadership: Our team was on site multiple times each week, overseeing quality assurance, safety compliance, and ensuring all works were delivered to the highest standard.
- Objective Guidance: Acting as a trusted third-party, we provided clear communication, independent decision-making, and practical solutions to help Ventia’s internal teams deliver with confidence.
